Chic Club Sandwich with Smoked Salmon and Avocado

Today I propose a nice and delicious recipe that is entirely consistent with people looking for a practical cooking: fast, easy and fresh. Let me introduce you the “chic club sandwich”!

Ingredient: chic club sandwich

For 2 people

  • 4 large slices of bread grain
  • 1 case of olive oil
  • 80 g of fresh goat cheese
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • Sprouts

 Cooking instruction

Toast the bread slices. Brush with olive oil. Spread 2 slices of goat cheese and pepper. Add smoked salmon and avocado thinly sliced. Sprinkle with sprouts. Top with two slices of toast aside and cut each sandwich diagonally club-style to form triangles. It’s delicious, fresh and light!
