If you miss the flavors of summer, today’s recipe is for you! It is a simple combination of zucchini and cherry tomatoes flavored with rosemary and sage. It is a total delight with a grilled fish or white meat.

- 2 zucchinis
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 10 sage leaves
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Parmesan Garlic Spaghetti Squash
1. Wash the zucchini and cut into medium sized pieces. Peel and chop the garlic, wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Finely chop the sage leaves and rosemary.
2. In a frying pan, put 3 tablespoons of olive oil then add the garlic and herbs. Sauté for a few minutes to flavor the oil.
3. Add the tomatoes and zucchini, salt and pepper.
4. Cook over a medium heat for about 20 minutes, covered with a lid. Watch out during cooking and add a little water if the vegetables tend to cling to the bottom of the pan.
