Directions

1. To make the vanilla strawberry milkshake: Chill a glass. Wash and pat the strawberries dry. Cut off the stems and slice the strawberries so they fill in 1 and 1/2 cups.

2. In a blender, combine the freshly cut strawberries, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 cups French vanilla bean ice cream, and 3/4 cup of coconut milk. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour the vanilla strawberry milkshake into the cold glass you prepared at step 1 and top with a strawberry or any topping of your choice. We like adding some shredded coconut. Enjoy!

Tips for the vanilla strawberry milkshake recipe

  • You can adjust the amount of coconut milk depending on desired thickness.
  • Don’t over-blend the vanilla strawberry milshake, as that will water down/thin out the milkshake.
  • Keeping the glass in the fridge helps the milkshake to stay cool and frosty longer.
