- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 4 or 5 lemons)
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar or equivalent alternative sweetener
- 2 ½ cups ice cubes

Directions
1. To prepare the frozen coconut lemonade: Add the lemon juice, sweetener of choice, coconut milk and ice to a blender.
2. Blend until the ice is crushed and the mixture gets slushy.
3. Taste and add more ice or sweetener to reach your desired consistency.
