Ingredients you’ll need for the red fruit drink
- Frozen berries mix
- Sugar
- Lemon
- Mint leaves
- Vanilla extract
- Sparkling mineral water
- Ice cubes
You can use a mixture of fresh berries as well but generally frozen berries are less expensive — and available all year long!
How to make the red fruit drink
- Heat fruit with sugar, lemon juice, mint, and vanilla until juices release.
- Strain, pressing fruit to extract juice.
- Pour juice into a glass, add sparkling water and ice.
- Serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces (60g) of a frozen berries mix
- 2 coffee spoons sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- Mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Sparkling mineral water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour the fruit into a saucepan with sugar, lemon juice, mint and vanilla.
- Put in on low heat until the fruit begin to lose its juice.
- Filter by crushing the fruit to collect as much juice as possible.
- Pour the juice into a glass and add sparkling mineral water. Add the ice cubes.
- Serve immediately.
