  • White fish fillets (here we used pollock fillets)
  • Bacon
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon zest
  • Fresh thyme
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

How to bake the fish fillets

Arrange fish fillets and bacon in a dish, drizzle with lemon juice and zest, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 12 minutes. Done!
