How to Make Organic Peach Sorbet at Home

After the basic vanilla ice cream recipe, here’s a recipe for a good peach sorbet with honey and flavored with rosemary. The base of any sorbet consists of fruit that you mix with syrup or fruit pulp which is added to the syrup. Replacing one part of syrup with honey makes for a creamier sorbet in the mouth.

Ingredients you’ll need for the peach sorbet

  • Peaches
  • Sugar
  • Honey
  • Rosemary
  • Water

How to make peach sorbet

  • Heat sugar, honey, rosemary, and water to a boil; cover and steep.
  • Peel, pit, and dice peaches.
  • Pour hot syrup over peaches, cover, and chill 1–2 hours.
  • Blend until smooth, then churn in an ice cream maker for 40 minutes.
  • Serve with biscuits.
