There’s no easier way to fill your summer days with delicious frozen desserts than sorbet. The only thing you will need for this peach sorbet is a powerful blender to turn frozen fruit to a silky, generous and delightfully entertaining dessert that makes any occasion a little sweeter.
Ingredient list for Peach Sorbet recipe
- 2 pounds (1kg) of white peaches
- 4/5 cup (20cl) sugar syrup
1. Peel the peaches and discard the pit. Cut into small cubes and put in plastic bags. Place in the freezer for 2 hours minimum. Make sure the bags are laying flat, peach will freeze quicker.
2. Just before serving , add the cubes of frozen peach into a blender. Add the syrup and pulse until you get the consistency of a sorbet. Serve immediately.
