Ingredients list for cooked carrots with orange
For 3-4 persons
- 8 Beautiful carrots
- Juice of one orange
- 1 glass of water (200ml)
- Saffron pistils (not the powder)
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
1. Peel the carrots and cut them into regular sticks.
2. Press the orange. In a large pan, heat the teaspoon of oil, add the carrots, mix well.
3. Add orange juice and a glass of water. Sprinkle saffron, cover and cook over low heat about 40 minutes. Carrots should be soft.
