  • Fresh oysters
  • Peppers and tomatoes,
  • Chervil
  • Olive oil

How to make Oyster a la Provencale

Rub bread with garlic and olive oil, top with pepper and tomato, add an oyster, and garnish with chervil and pepper.

 Wine pairing

A white wine or a provence rosé will do the trick.
