Tip for the crostini recipe
- Brush the bread slices with olive oil before toasting in the oven. This brings out wonderful aromas and a nice color.
- Let the Greek yogurt and goat cheese sit at room temperature before blending; the texture will be smoother.
- No need to add salt to the cheese spread because goat cheese already has plenty of salt. Nothing prevents you from adding a few pinches of freshly cracked pepper on top of the crostinis.
- Swap the dill for fresh thyme if you want a more “classic” flavor combo ;)
