Directions

1. Brush the bread slices with olive oil and toast in the oven at 400ºF (200ºC) or broil mode. Keep an eye on them and remove them from the oven when they have a nice golden color.

2. In a food processor, blend goat cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.

3. Spread a teaspoon of the whipped goat cheese on each baguette toast.

4. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with dill greens.

5. Serve the honey and goat cheese crostini immediately. Enjoy!

Tip for the crostini recipe

  • Brush the bread slices with olive oil before toasting in the oven. This brings out wonderful aromas and a nice color.
  • Let the Greek yogurt and goat cheese sit at room temperature before blending; the texture will be smoother.
  • No need to add salt to the cheese spread because goat cheese already has plenty of salt. Nothing prevents you from adding a few pinches of freshly cracked pepper on top of the crostinis.
  • Swap the dill for fresh thyme if you want a more “classic” flavor combo ;)
