  • Bread slices, toasted
  • 1 Pineapple, cut into small dices
  • Philadelphia (or ricotta)
  • Fresh mint, chopped
  • Maple syrup

Directions

1. Spread Philadelphia on bread slices.

2. Top with pineapple cubes and mint. Add a drizzle of maple syrup and enjoy!
