A finely chopped kale salad recipe that will make you feel full and healthy for the rest of the day. Try this kale salad asap!
Ingredients you need for the Chopped Kale Salad
Directions
1. To make the chopped kale salad: Trim and stem the kale leaves and finely chop your greens for the base of the salad. Julienne the carrot, and dice the peppers. Transfer to a large salad bowl with corn.
2. Mix mustard, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and honey (or agave nectar) in a small bowl.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the chopped kale salad and mix well to combine. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve or serve immediately with tortilla chips, or toasted bread. Enjoy!
