Grilled napa cabbage is the ultimate side dish for your grilling parties! Smoky, savory, and crisp-tender, napa cabbage on the grill is an easy recipe everyone will love!
Ingredients you need for the Grilled Napa Cabbage with Lemon Garlic Dressing
Directions
1. To make the grilled napa cabbage: Prepare a high (500°F to 600°F) gas or charcoal grill fire. Trim the bottom a little, remove the Napa cabbage’s damaged outer leaves, and cut the cabbage into quarters.
2. Arrange the napa cabbage quarters in a pan, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and toss in the olive oil and half lemon juice.
3. Lay the napa cabbage quarters on the grill or griddle. Grill for 5-10 minutes over medium-high heat, turning the pieces after 3-5 minutes until napa gets char marks and is fork tender.
4. Remove the grilled napa cabbage from the grill and place it back in the pan. Toss with minced fresh garlic and red onion, and drizzle with remaining lemon juice. Serve immediately. Enjoy! ❤️
