These 5-ingredients bagel mini-pizzas are ready in less than 10 minutes, prepping included! Feel free to add your own twist on the pizza topping, and serve with a fresh, crisp green salad.
Ingredients list for the bagel pizzas
Makes 4 mini pizzas:
- 2 mini-bagels, split
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella di Buffala
- A few basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Arrange the bagels on the prepared baking sheet, cut sides up. Lightly toast bagel halves in your oven.
3. Once the bagels have cooled down. Simply brush with olive oil. Place a tomato half , a quarter of diced mozzarella and some chopped basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 7 minutes.
