Ingredients list for the green smoothie

Makes 1 glass:

  • 1 small celery stick with leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 kale leaf, stems removed
  • 1/4 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 small piece of ginger, chopped
  • 1 handful of mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoons stevia, or raw sugar (optional)
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) greek yogurt
  • 1 ice cube
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Pulse at high speed until smooth. Serve the green smoothie sprinkled with poppy seeds.
