Ingredients list for the green smoothie
Makes 1 glass:
- 1 small celery stick with leaves, chopped
- 1/2 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1 kale leaf, stems removed
- 1/4 cucumber, chopped
- 1 small piece of ginger, chopped
- 1 handful of mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoons stevia, or raw sugar (optional)
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) greek yogurt
- 1 ice cube
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Pulse at high speed until smooth. Serve the green smoothie sprinkled with poppy seeds.
