Ingredients list for the cherry and blueberry smoothie

Makes 2 serving:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • Sesame seeds, to taste

Directions

1. Blend the cherries, blueberries, honey, yogurt, ice cubes together until smooth.
