This coleslaw recipe only takes a few minutes to make and is packed with bright and delicious flavor! Super creamy, crunchy, and fresh coleslaw you can make in a cinch!
Ingredients you need for the Apple Bacon Coleslaw
Directions
1. To make the coleslaw: In a mixing bowl or mason jar, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep in mind that bacon will add a savory touch to the coleslaw.
2. In a large salad bowl toss together cabbage, fennel, apples, green onions, and chopped almonds. Pour the dressing over and toss to evenly coat. Serve the apple bacon coleslaw immediately or chill in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
