Ingredients you need for the Blueberry Crumb Bars
Directions
1. To make the blueberry crumb bars: Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup sugar, 3 cups flour, and baking powder. Mix in salt and cinnamon, if desired. Use a fork or pastry cutter to blend in the butter and egg. The dough will be crumbly. Pat half of the dough into the prepared baking pan.
3. In another bowl, stir together the sugar and cornstarch. Gently mix in the fresh blueberries. Sprinkle the blueberry mixture evenly over the crust. Crumble the remaining dough over the berry layer.
4. Bake the blueberry crumble bars in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden-brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy! ❤️
