Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese or mascarpone
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup low carb sweetener (or honey for non-keto)
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups berries (we used blueberries and strawberries)

Directions

1. Whip together softened mascarpone or cream cheese, whipping cream, vanilla, and sweetener into a large mixing bowl with electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

2. Pipe or spoon the cream cheese mixture into individual cups and layer up with berries. Refrigerate until serving, or serve immediately. Enjoy!
