Ingredients you need for the Pickled Avocado
Directions
1. Coupez les avocats en deux et retirez les noyaux, puis retirez délicatement la peau. Coupez la chair des avocats en morceaux et disposez-les dans un bocal en verre propre avec l'oignon et le piment rouge.
2. Mélanger le vinaigre blanc, l'eau et le sel dans une casserole moyenne et porter à ébullition.
3. Versez la saumure sur les avocats et l'oignon dans le bocal. Ajoutez quelques grains de poivre et vissez délicatement le couvercle sur le bocal.
4. Laissez le bocal reposer jusqu'à ce qu'il ait refroidi. Mettre au réfrigérateur une nuit avant de déguster pour laisser le temps aux saveurs de se mélanger. Conserver hermétiquement fermé au réfrigérateur, jusqu'à deux semaines.
