Directions

1. To make the spinach dip puff bites: Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC). In a bowl, beat together the spinach and cream cheese.

2. Add garlic, salt, onion powder, chili powder, pepper, and Italian seasoning and beat to combine.

3. Add parmesan cheese and 1/2 of the cheddar or mozzarella cheese and beat to combine. The other half of the cheddar or mozzarella cheese will be sprinkled over the filling when you shape the puff bites.

4. Cut the puff pastry sheet into squares and line the bottom of your muffin pan, with the corners pointing up. Spoon a dollop of spinach dip into each muffin cavities. Top with a sprinkling of cheddar, then bake for about 15 minutes until puffed and golden on the edges.

5. Remove the spinach dip bites from the muffin pan, transfer to a plate and serve the spinach dip puff bites warm. Enjoy!
