In the insert of your slow cooker, add honey, cranberries, pomegranate seeds, rosemary (or thyme), ginger, star anise, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and apple cider. Set on LOW for 4 hours minimum. Add a little water or apple cider from time to time if liquid evaporates. Easy!

Directions

1. To make the slow cooker apple cider: In the insert of your slow cooker, add honey, cranberries, pomegranate seeds, rosemary (or thyme), ginger, star anise, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and apple cider.
