- 1/2 cup (120ml) freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup (120ml) sparkling water
- 1 dash of strawberry syrup (or cane sugar)
- Ice cubes

Directions
1. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour grapefruit juice and sparkling water.
2. Add a few drops of strawberry syrup. This will create a nice color gradient and a sweet touch.
