How to make a Banana Breakfast Bowl
Peel the bananas and slice them into thick slices. Rinse and cut the grapes in half.
Set a skillet over medium heat and add butter (or oil). Lay down your banana slices, and fry on each side. When the banana is caramelized, divide it into individual bowls.
In the same pan, add the grapes, walnuts, honey, and cinnamon. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. You can deglaze the pan with a few drops of water to make a syrup. Enjoy!

The perfect warming breakfast for a fresh start on chilly mornings and keep your spirits up and your energy high throughout the day.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- A handful of grapes
- 2/3 cup walnuts, shelled
- 1 tablespoon butter (or sunflower, grapeseed oil)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Peels the bananas and slice into 1/2 inch (1,25 cm) thick slices. Rinse and cut the grapes in half, remove the seeds with the tip of a knife.
- Set a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add butter (or oil). Lay down your banana slices, and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Watch the heat and turn it down if banana browns too quickly. When banana is caramelized, divide in individual bowls.
- In the same pan, add the grapes, walnuts, honey and cinnamon. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes then divide over the banana slices into each bowls. You can deglaze the pan with a few drops of water to make a syrup. Enjoy!

This recipe is so unique and so delicious! Didn't measure any ingredients exactly, but did follow the directions to a T, and will be making again soon. Quick, easy, healthy and once again, truly delicious!
