So wake up to an excellent, warm breakfast! Both melting and crunchy, this grape, walnut, and caramelized banana breakfast is drizzled with honey and flavored up with a pinch of cinnamon—an excellent way to keep your spirits up and your energy high throughout the morning.

Bananas
Grapes
Walnuts, shelled
Butter 
Honey
Cinnamon

How to make a Banana Breakfast Bowl

Peel the bananas and slice them into thick slices. Rinse and cut the grapes in half.
Set a skillet over medium heat and add butter (or oil). Lay down your banana slices, and fry on each side. When the banana is caramelized, divide it into individual bowls.
In the same pan, add the grapes, walnuts, honey, and cinnamon. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. You can deglaze the pan with a few drops of water to make a syrup. Enjoy!
