Seedless cucumbers
Large carrots
Kosher salt
Rice vinegar
Lime juice
honey
Toasted sesame oil
Red pepper flakes, to taste 
Toasted sesame seeds
Poppy seeds
Bunch cilantro

How To Make Sesame Cucumber Salad

Salad Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, poppy seeds, and sesame seeds.
Salad
Place the cucumber and carrot noodles into a large salad bowl, and add dressing. Toss to combine, then serve garnished with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and fresh cilantro.

    This recipe has honey but was tagged as a vegan recipe(I'm sure it's just a mistake of the website). Please substitute with agave or maple syrup and write that as an option so others can be open to ideas.
