Ingredients list for the beef stroganoff
- 1 1/2 lbs (750g) sliced steak
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 lb (450g) mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup (125ml) beef broth + 1/4 cup for the finishing sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions
1. Grease your crockpot with cooking spray or a bit of oil.
2. Directly in the slow cooker, whisk together 1/4 cup beef broth, milk, white wine, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in butter, sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, minced onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and steak.
4. Cover with the lid and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours.
5. Whisk together the other 1/4 cup beef broth, flour, and sour cream. Stir into the crockpot and cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes more.
6. Serve the beef Stroganoff over pasta, garnished with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!
