Ingredients list for the salmon marinades
For the Garlic and Herb Marinade
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 12 oz. of salmon
For the Sweet Soy Marinade
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 12 oz. of salmon
For the Cilantro Lime Marinade
- 1 ½ tablespoons blackened seasoning (recipe here)
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- 12 oz. of salmon



Directions
For any of the salmon marinades above:
1. Add all ingredients for your marinade of choice, excluding the salmon fillets, to a medium-sized bowl and whisk to combine.
2. Transfer the salmon and marinade to a plastic Ziploc bag or container. Marinate in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
3. When ready to cook your salmon, drain the fillets from the marinade and cook according to your recipe directions. Enjoy!
