Tips for the air fryer salmon bites
- You can use any type of salmon you like: Atlantic salmon has generally more fat content, while caught Pacific King salmon and Sockeye are leaner. For salmon bites, we prefer Atlantic salmon because the meat stays moist and air-fries evenly.
- You can also try with skin-on bites; it’s super crisp and delicious – a bit like salmon belly chunks you get at Whole Foods Market or Asian take-out.
