Directions

1. Preheat your air fryer in air fry mode – 400ºF (200ºC).

2. Toss the salmon cubes with soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, garlic powder, olive oil, black pepper, 1 teaspoon Sriracha, and 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning. Allow to marinate while the air fryer is pre-heating.

3. Put the salmon cubes in the air fryer drawer and cook for 5 minutes, tossing the cubes at mid-time so they cook evenly. Enjoy!

Tips for the air fryer salmon bites

  • You can use any type of salmon you like: Atlantic salmon has generally more fat content, while caught Pacific King salmon and Sockeye are leaner. For salmon bites, we prefer Atlantic salmon because the meat stays moist and air-fries evenly.
  • You can also try with skin-on bites; it’s super crisp and delicious – a bit like salmon belly chunks you get at Whole Foods Market or Asian take-out.
