Directions

1. To make the no-bake strawberry cheesecakes: Puree the strawberries and push through a fine-mesh strainer to remove seeds

2. In a large bowl combine cream cheese and strawberry puree. Slowly add powdered sugar and mix until light and fluffy. Fold whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until completely combined.

3. Evenly divide graham cracker crumbs to line the bottom of 6 small jars or glass ramekins.

4. Pipe or spoon the strawberry mixture on top of graham cracker crumbs, cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

5. When ready to serve the no-bake strawberry cheesecakes, take them out of the refrigerator and top with sliced strawberries. Enjoy!
