Ingredients list for the Berry Cheesecake Salad

  • 8 oz (225g) softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey or your favorite natural sweetener
  • 8 oz (225g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries and/or blackberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • Crushed pecans, for topping

Directions

1. Wash, trim and slice berries as needed and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. In another bowl, beat the Greek yogurt or whipping cream until fluffy. Combine the two mixtures and mix until fully combined.

4. Gently fold the cheesecake mixture and honey into the fruit until combined. Do not over mix. Top with more honey and crushed pecans. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving. Enjoy!

Note:

  • You can use Cool Whip or heavy cream instead of Greek yogurt.
  • You can also use a frozen berry mix instead of fresh fruit. Make sure to thaw them under cold running water beforehand.
