Do you want to delight your guests, but you have no time (or envy — it’s not a shame!) to spend hours in the kitchen? Here’s a little recipe you can make and vary with new ingredients each time. I suggest you prepare two different batches: fresh and salty goat cheese balls with chives, and sweet balls with honey and almonds. So you can satisfy everybody and vary the pleasures. These small and unpretentious goat cheese appetizers will make an impact on your table!
