You can also prepare broccoli in many ways, which makes it a great standby vegetable to keep in your fridge. You can serve it raw, lightly cooked, or completely cooked, it’s up to your taste! Today we’ll see how to cut broccoli heads properly, to ensure a good looking presentation and an even cooking.

How to cut a broccoli:

  • 1. First, cut off florets from the trunk to get regular pieces.
  • 2. Rince the florets in water with a dash of vinegar. Repeat 2 to 3 times.
  • 3. Then split the florets in half so they will cook better.
