- 1lb to 1 1/4 lbs (500g to 600g) small new potatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 6-8 spring onions
- Olive oil

Preheat oven to 360°F (180°c). Peel the onions, reserving a portion of the root.

Crush the garlic clove with the flat of a knife, keeping the skin.

- Preheat oven to 360°F (180°c). Peel the onions, reserving a portion of the root.
- Cut onions in half vertically.
- Book with a little olive oil.
- Crush the garlic clove with the flat of a knife, keeping the skin.
- Wash potatoes and dry them on paper towels
- Brown the potatoes in a pan until they begin to color. Add the garlic and thyme.
- Bake at 360°F (180°c) for 15 minutes.
- Crisscross the onions on both sides on the grill.
- Transfer them to a baking dish conta and finish cooking in the oven at 360°F (180°c) for 4-5minutes with potatoes.
