More than a soup: a real smoothie… Cabbage soup combines delicious flavors of the fall season, though comforting and simplicity makes preparing a winter proof dinner.

How To Make An Irresistible Cabbage Soup!

Ingredients list for the Cabbage Soup

  • 1 green cabbage
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 50 cl of cream
  • A thick slice of bacon
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper

Cooking instructions

Thinly slice the cabbage and shallots and sauté in 2 tablespoons olive oil from 2 to 3 minutes, without browning. Add 1 liter of water and the peeled potatoes (cut into pieces), cook 25 minutes from the boiling start.

Mix all with a hand mixer, add the cream and the thick sliced bacon (this… this flavor is terrible!) Cook for another 15 minutes round. Add salt and pepper and serve hot …
