Ingredients list for the Apple Carrot & Cilantro Smoothie
Serve approx. 1:
- 4 organic carrots
- 1 organic apple
- 1 small bunch cilantro (alternatively you can use Italian parsley)
- Juice of 1/2 organic lemon
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Ice cubes
1. Wash and cut vegetables and fruit to be prepared for use in your blender.
2. Blend the carrots, apple, sesame and cilantro with the yogurt and lemon. Add ice cubes to obtain the desired consistency. Transfer to a tall glass and top with sesame seeds.
