Quinoa bowl
- 1 cup uncooked quinoa
- 2 cups (450 ml) unsweetened almond milk, plus more for serving
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
- Dark chocolate chips
- Mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, fresh or frozen…)

Directions
1. Thoroughly rinse quinoa in a fine mesh strainer for 2 minutes. Add quinoa and almond milk in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to boil, then reduce to simmer and cook for 15 – 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s creamy and the quinoa is cooked.
2. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder, and honey. Stir well to combine. You can adjust flavor with more cocoa, almond milk or honey.
3. Serve each bowl of quinoa topped with dark chocolate chips and berries. Add a dash of almond milk on top for an extra almond flavor. Enjoy!
