Homemade Olive Tapenade

A delicious condiment that reminds of mediterranean flavors. Serve as an appetizer on toasted bread slices rubbed with garlic, scallions and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients: olive tapenade

  • 4 ounces (120g) black olives (either buy a cans of 300g, with its juice)
  •  4 ounces (120g) green olives (same thing)
  • A couple of capers
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 5 to 6 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Put all the olives, capers and garlic together in a blender and mix.
Drizzle with olive oil, mix and place in your favorite serving bowl!
