A delicious condiment that reminds mediterranean flavors. Serve as an appetizer on toasted bread slices rubbed with garlic, scallions and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.Ingredients: olive tapenade
- 4 ounces (120g) black olives (either buy a cans of 300g, with its juice)
- 4 ounces (120g) green olives (same thing)
- A couple of capers
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 5 to 6 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Put all the olives, capers and garlic together in a blender and mix.
Drizzle with olive oil, mix and place in your favorite serving bowl!
