  • 4 ounces (120g) black olives (either buy a cans of 300g, with its juice)
  •  4 ounces (120g) green olives (same thing)
  • A couple of capers
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 5 to 6 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
