Greek Feta Salad Recipe
This Greek-inspired salad is all about the majestic block of feta that sits in the middle! Chop straight for the block when serving; this adds to the presentation and makes a great experience to share with your guests or family!

Ingredients list for the Greek feta salad
- 5 oz feta cheese block
- 1 English cucumber, chopped
- 2 cups sliced tomatoes
- 2 or 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Key ingredients in the Greek feta salad
- Feta cheese block: we keep it whole for an impressive presentation!
- Tomatoes: Tomatoes on the vine are very flavorful, especially during the Summer season. Roma tomatoes have a less acidic flavor profile, and they make another great alternative.
- Cucumber: We don’t peel it completely to keep some crunch and color with the green skin on.
- Olive oil: Extra virgin, cold-pressed for a flavorful dressing.
- Lemon juice: Completes the dressing. Use preferably freshly squeezed juice.
- Salt and pepper
- Italian Seasoning: Or a mix of thyme, rosemary, and oregano.
