Ingredients: Endive and Apples Salad
For 2 persons:
- 2 endives
- Half and apple
- 5 walnuts
- 1 1/4 ounces (35 g) of Comté cheese, swiss cheese or cheddar
- A dressing with mustard, rapeseed oil and walnut oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
Preparation: Endive and Apples Salad
Wash the endives and cut them into thin strips. Remember to remove the heart which gives the endive its bitter taste.
Break walnuts and extract their core. Cut cheese into small cubes and put everything in a bowl with the endives.
Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Add the apple pieces into the bowl, then a bit of vinaigrette dressing, mix well and serve this salad as an entry!
