Ingredients list for sauteed shrimp with parsley and garlic

  • Shrimps (count 7 ounces – 200g per person)
  • Butter
  • A bunch of parsley
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Shell shrimps.
2. Chop the parsley.
3. In a skillet melt butter made heat.
4. Put shrimp, parsley and garlic in a frying pan and sauté for 5 minutes in butter. Don’t put too much heat please, because you could burn parsley…

Tips:

Don’t overcook the shrimp because they will dry out and taste like rubber.  They should be golden and remain juicy.
