Easy and light fruit desserts for Christmas Eve dinner. Let’s sublime pears, apples, citrus… In short, these are all winter fruits that are invited to our first class dessert preparations. Have fun with this selection of fresh and simple recipes!
Peaches and Raspberry Fruits Dessert
Ingredients list for 6 persons: 6 peaches (or nectarines) not too ripe, 1 bunch fresh thyme, 3/4 cup (20cl) of raspberry sauce, 1 lemon, 5 tbsp sugar, 1 1/2 ounce (40g) butter. Get the Peaches and Raspberry Fruits Dessert recipe here
Sautéed Fruit Salad
2 beautiful apricots, 1 handful of strawberries, 2 nectarines, 2 peaches, 2 large handfuls of cherries, 1 vanilla pod, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey (you can substitute 1 tablespoon of golden syrup and 1/2 tablespoon of thyme honey), 1 small sprig of thyme, and a few raspberries. Depending on the season, you can substitute any ingredient with whatever fruit is available.

Apple zucchini jam
3 lbs (1,5kg) of zucchinis, 2 lbs (1 kg) of apples, 2 1/2 lbs (1.250 kg) of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup (10 cl) of lemon juice, 1/2 lb (250 g) golden raisins, 1/2 cup (10 cl) Armagnac or any brandy that you like. Pear Puff Pastry Tarts
Ingredient list for 4 people: 24 rectangles of filo sheet of 2 1/3 x 4 3/4 inches (6 cm x 12 cm), melted butter, 2 pears, 1/3 ounce (10g) of dark chocolate, 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 rounded tablespoon of chopped nuts (optional). Get the Pear Puff Pastry Tarts recipe here
Iced Pineapple Mousse

Rhubarb Strawberry Sauce

Stewed Fruit Recipe

Baked Apple Shortbread Pastry

Peaches and Muscat Wine Dessert
