Crispy on the outside, melting in the inside – You get the best of both worlds! These melt-in-your-mouth baked sweet potatoes are tossed in butter, salt, pepper, and cinnamon, then baked in the oven for a luscious side dish with minimal effort. The key here is the thickness consistency: too thin, and you get sweet potato chips with burnt edges, too thick, and you get a regular baked sweet potato. We found that the preferred range lies between 3/4- to 1-inch-thick sweet potato rounds. They’re perfect with roasted poultry or beef roasts – a must for the holidays. Enjoy!
