Air Fryer Salmon Bites Recipe
Tacos Tuesday just got an upgrade with these air fryer salmon tacos with a luscious honey garlic glaze and a delicious spicy mayonnaise. Salmon is glazed with a mixture of honey, garlic, soy sauce, and adobo seasoning, and cooked in the air fryer for 4 minutes. From there, salmon is flaked and served over warmed corn tortillas with a simple spicy mayonnaise, and a truckload of fresh toppings such as avocado, red onion, feta cheese, basil, and lime juice. You only need 20 minutes from start to finish to assemble the salmon tacos for an easy and festive weeknight dinner. Enjoy!

Ingredients list for the Air Fryer Salmon Tacos Recipe
- 4 (4-6 ounce) salmon filets, cut into bite-size chunks
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons, plus 2 teaspoons of honey
- 4 cloves garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari)
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons adobo seasoning
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Garnish with avocado, feta cheese (or cotija), chopped basil, red onion, etc…










Directions
1. To make the air fryer salmon tacos: Toss the salmon cubes with soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, garlic powder, olive oil, black pepper, 1 teaspoon Sriracha, and 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning.
Allow marinating while your air fryer is preheating in air fry mode – 400ºF (200ºC).
2. Put the salmon cubes in the air fryer drawer and cook for 4-5 minutes, tossing the cubes at mid-time so they cook evenly.
3. In the meantime, prepare the sauce: in a bowl, combine mayonnaise with apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of adobo seasoning, a dash of Sriracha, and cayenne (if using).
Heat up the corn tortillas following the directions on the package.
4. Spread the sauce on the tortillas and arrange cooked salmon cubes on top. Garnish with sliced avocado, feta cheese, red onion, cheese, and cilantro. Serve the air fryer salmon tacos immediately. Enjoy! ❤️
