The coming of the New Year is often an opportunity to make good resolutions. So for 2013 to become even more enjoyable from a cooking standpoint, we thought how to better organize our kitchens to save time during meal preparation. Here are our top 5 resolutions for better organizing the kitchen.

1. Sort your garbage
In 2013, things tend to go green and for this, you can adopt a recycling bin that will make this automatic behavior of sorting your kitchen garbage. There are indeed models that have three bins to sort without it becoming too restrictive or too intrusive. You’ll have no excuse!
2. De-clutter and organize your cupboards and drawers
To save space in cupboards and drawers, it is often sufficient to organize and get rid of useless stuff!
