Cheddar Pear Gratin Recipe

Good Recipe! Sweet Pear Gratin with Cheddar

Cheddar Pear Gratin Recipe

This sweet pear and cheddar gratin exudes happiness! For those who always struggle deciding between cheese and dessert, we’ve gathered the best of both worlds. Finish a meal in an original way or offer this dish as an amuse-bouche, for example. We used old cheddar, but any other hard cheese with a strong flavor will be fine. Cheeses like Mimolette or Parmesan will work perfectly!
