Trout with Almonds,Parsley & Lemon juice

Almonds Trout Recipe: Easy and simple to prepare, the dish is delicious, especially when the trout are fresh.

Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 12 minutes

Ingredients: Almonds  Trout Recipe

Serves 6 :

  • 2 fresh trouts
  • Flour
  • 3 tbsp (45 g) butter
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) almonds
  • Lemon juice
  • Parsley

Cooking instruction: Almonds  Trout

1. Spread flour on a plate. Place trout on each side of the plate.
2. In a skillet, brown trout in melted butter for 4 to 5 minutes, turn and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Brush with lemon juice and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. In a clean skillet, brown almonds but do not butter.
Serve the trout, although warm, sprinkled with almonds and parsley. Garnish with rice or potatoes.
