Almonds Trout Recipe: Easy and simple to prepare, the dish is delicious, especially when the trout is fresh.

Ingredients list for the lemon Trout Recipe
- 2 fresh trout
- Flour
- 3 tbsp (45 g) butter
- 1/2 cup (100 g) almonds
- Lemon juice
- Parsley
Directions
1. Spread flour on a plate. Place trout on each side of the plate.
2. In a skillet, brown trout in melted butter for 4 to 5 minutes, turn and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Brush with lemon juice and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. In a clean skillet, brown almonds, but do not brown them.
Serve the trout, although warm, sprinkled with almonds and parsley. Garnish with rice or potatoes.
