1 teaspoon brown sugar
4 tablespoons olive oil
A bunch of fresh thyme
Basil
Black pepper

Chili powder
1 pork tenderloin
1 jar of fresh pesto
4 small or 2 large tomatoes, cut into 3 thick slices
1 dash of olive oil
Salt and pepper
2/3 cup (50g) of Oatmeal
1 1/4 cup (300ml) of milk (almond milk or hazelnut milk are great)
1 banana
1 handful of slivered almonds
