How to make Braised Pork Tenderloin
Heat together the butter and olive oil in a casserole and brown the pork tenderloin evenly, so that all the surface is colored.
Add the spring onions, cut into small pieces, an orange zest, and the juice of 2 oranges.
Add salt and pepper, cover, and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
