Ingredients list for the no-bake cereal balls

  • 2 1/2 cups (290g) store-bought or homemade granola
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 dates, pitted and diced
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar

Directions

1. Place all ingredients except chia seeds (granola, coconut, coconut oil, dates and honey) in a food processor and pulse until reaching a compact mixture, scraping down with a spatula every now and then if necessary. Add chia seeds and give a good stir to the mixture.

2. Shape the mixture into balls with the help of your hands, and arrange on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Place in the freezer for 5 min. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy ♥︎!
